These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Destrall (the "App"), the website at https://destrall.app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Destrall ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Destrall is a non-custodial, self-custody wallet assistant. We never have access to, custody of, or control over your private keys, seed phrases, passkeys, or digital assets. All keys are generated and stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrase, passkeys, recovery materials, device, and any approvals you sign. If you lose access to your keys or recovery materials, your funds will be permanently and irrecoverably lost. We cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, wallets, or funds under any circumstances.

The App is provided as beta software. It may contain bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. Functionality may change, break, or be removed without notice. You use the beta entirely at your own risk and should not store significant value through the App.

Nothing in the App or the Service constitutes financial, legal, investment, accounting, or tax advice. All content, suggestions, summaries, and AI-generated outputs are educational and informational only. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting.

The App includes an AI assistant that may generate text, summaries, transaction previews, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. The AI may misinterpret prices, balances, contract behavior, network status, or your intent.

You must independently verify every transaction, address, amount, network, and contract interaction before signing. By signing a transaction you confirm that you have reviewed and understood it. We are not responsible for the consequences of relying on AI output.

Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by us, by any third party, or by the underlying network. Mistakes — including wrong addresses, wrong amounts, wrong networks, malicious approvals, or signing of malicious payloads — cannot be undone.

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your device, operating system, and network connection.
• Securing your private keys, seed phrase, passkeys, and recovery materials.
• Reviewing and approving every transaction, signature, and permission.
• Verifying recipient addresses, contract addresses, and network selection.
• Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your activity.
• Backing up your wallet and recovery materials in a safe, offline location.

The App may interact with third-party dapps, smart contracts, protocols, RPC providers, bridges, swap aggregators, yield platforms, oracles, and other services ("Third-Party Services"). These are provided and operated by independent third parties. We do not control, endorse, audit, or guarantee any Third-Party Service.

Use of Third-Party Services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their terms. We are not liable for any loss, exploit, downtime, malicious behavior, or unexpected outcome arising from your use of any Third-Party Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destrall, its affiliates, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of digital assets, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Destrall and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your transactions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financing of illicit activity.
• Attack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or any user.
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Interact with the Service from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

Blockchain transactions incur network fees ("gas") that are paid to validators or miners, not to us. The App may also route through third-party services that charge their own fees. You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations associated with your activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Because the App is self-custodial, your wallet and assets remain under your control regardless of termination, provided you retain your keys and recovery materials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Company's registered office, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in that jurisdiction.
